The present study aims to determine the effect of an Educational Coaching Program on emotional intelligence in the Industrial Administration entrants of a Higher Technological Institution of Lima. The design of the present experimental work is pre-experimental type of pretest tests of a single group, It was applied to 16 students of the career of Industrial Administration selected through a convenience sampling; for which the ICE BarON Emotional Intelligence Inventory and the Educational Coaching Program that was developed based on what was proposed by Juan Bou (PCEB) was used. The results show that the program PCEB has had significant effects on the total Emotional Coefficient, as well as on the interpersonal components and the management of the general mood of emotional intelligence of a group of students entering a Higher Technological Institution.
