Sumario:Early stimulation is an important part of the comprehensive development of infants during the early stages of their life, thus contributing to the strengthening of cognitive, motor, and emotional skills. Objective: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and practices on early stimulation in mothers of children under 1 year of age, seen at the growth and development clinic of the IPRESS Santo Tomás during 2024. Methodology: The research will be quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental, and correlational. The sample will be made up of 121 mothers of children under one year of age seen at the growth and development clinic of the IPRESS Santo Tomás during 2024. The survey will be used as a technique and the Early Stimulation Knowledge Questionnaire and the Early Stimulation Practices Sheet will be used as instruments, to understand the study population; The results will be presented in tables and graphs, using the chi-square test to find the association between the elements of the work, with a 95% confidence interval and a 5% margin of e
