Sumario:The present study determined as an objective the relationship between knowledge management and organizational innovation in the teachers of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon - subsidiary Contamana 2021. Taking as an applied type study, descriptive level - correlational and non-experimental design. In the study, the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument to collect information. It is concluded that knowledge management is regular (26%) because they almost always easily identify the sources of knowledge of the institution; where, sometimes it implements training programs for teachers; also, it almost never has a system that allows it to transfer information from internal and external sources, likewise, it sometimes shares a common vision about the processes that generate competitive advantage. On the other hand, organizational innovation is rated as regular (26%) since it sometimes stimulates creativity and innovation; In addition, the goals and objectives of innovation at the university are always known and shared by all teachers; then, they always have a shared and clear vision of the university; In addition, they sometimes manage risks in the implementation processes of creative projects. Finally, it was possible to determine a significant relationship between knowledge management and organizational innovation, being corroborated by a coefficient of 0.791 and with a significance level of 0.000.
