The present study determined as an objective the relationship between knowledge management and organizational innovation in the teachers of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon - subsidiary Contamana 2021. Taking as an applied type study, descriptive level - correlational and non-experimental design. In the study, the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument to collect information. It is concluded that knowledge management is regular (26%) because they almost always easily identify the sources of knowledge of the institution; where, sometimes it implements training programs for teachers; also, it almost never has a system that allows it to transfer information from internal and external sources, likewise, it sometimes shares a common vision about the processes that generate competitive advantage.
