El presente trabajo académico cuyo objetivo general es “FORTALECER LA GESTIÓN CURRICULAR DE LA PRÁCTICA DOCENTE EN CUANTO AL ENFOQUE DE RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS EN EL ÁREA DE MATEMÁTICA DEL SEGUNDO GRADO DE LA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA DANIEL ALCIDES CARRIÓN- 2018”, cuyos participantes son el director, docentes, aliados y los estudiantes siendo el diseño de investigación “investigación acción participativa”, los instrumentos empleados son: La Chacana. Matriz de Priorización de problemas, Árbol de Objetivos, Árbol de Problemas, Árbol de Objetivos y Entrevista a profundidad y en cuanto a los resultados luego de la aplicación del Plan de Acción se ha logrado el 100% de empoderamiento por parte del Director sobre los pasos como son: La identificación de una solución problemática, Diagnostico, Caracterización del rol que corresponde como líder pedagógico, Planteamiento de al menos dos alternativas, sustentación de la alternativa elegida, Diseño del plan de acción, Plan de Monitoreo y Evaluación, Implementación y Redacción y Socialización del Plan de acción. En conclusión, el presente Plan de Acción nos sirve para dar solución al problema enmarcado en las Dimensiones de Vivian Robinsón a través del liderazgo pedagógico. Se evidencia de que alcanzará una gran utilidad para absolver dificultades de carácter educativo que se presentan en los diferentes aspectos con tendencia a debilitar una gestión de liderazgo en la Institución Educativa. |

Problem Prioritization Matrix, Objective Tree, Problem Tree, Objective Tree and In-depth Interview and in terms of the results after the application of the Action Plan, 100% empowerment has been achieved by the Director on the steps such as: The identification of a problematic solution, Diagnosis, Characterization of the role that corresponds as a pedagogical leader, Approach of at least two alternatives, support of the chosen alternative, Design of the action plan, Monitoring and Evaluation Plan, Implementation and Drafting and Socialization of the Action Plan. In conclusion, this Action Plan helps us to solve the problem framed in Vivian Robinson's Dimensions through pedagogical leadership.
