La técnica utilizada fue el cuestionario, cuyo instrumento de recolección de datos fue una encuesta de 17 preguntas, realizada a una muestra de 54 trabajadores del área del área de servicio al cliente de Max, Independencia. Se concluyó que el spot “Contigo Aprendí” del BCP es altamente eficaz según los trabajadores del área de servicio al cliente de Max, Independencia, con un 63.0%, esto refleja que logró captar la atención e identificación de todos los peruanos con la historia en el spot.
