Se plantea como objetivos: Elaboración de un modelo de liderazgo transformacional para mejorar la gestión educativa en la Universidad Nacional de Jaén–2017. De acuerdo a la hipótesis: Si se diseña y propone un modelo de liderazgo transformacional entonces se podría mejorar la gestión educativa en la Universidad Nacional de Jaén-2017. El liderazgo transformacional como base de la propuesta nos menciona los siguientes principios: Influencia idealizada, consideración individualizada, estimulación intelectual y liderazgo inspiracional, los cuales nos permiten desarrollar los siguientes talleres: Taller 01 (Autocontrol), Taller 02(Desarrollando confianza) y Taller 03 (Confianza de equipo) Tanto el fundamento teórico como significativo practico diseñados en el presente trabajo, permite mejorar la gestión administrativa y lograr la efectividad de los procesos de gestión educativa en la UNJ - Cajamarca 2017.
