description El presente estudio de investigación lleva por título GESTIÓN EDUCATIVA DESDE LA PERCEPCIÓN DOCENTE EN UNA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA, EL PORVENIR, 2022, es de tipo descriptivo bibliográfico, tuvo como objetivo principal, Determinar el nivel de la percepción que tienen los docentes en la gestión educativa en una institución Educativa, El Porvenir 2022, se revisó fuentes de carácter teórico, libros en línea, artículos de revistas de investigación científica, , artículos de revistas, tesis, referente al tema, permitiendo un análisis y argumentación de nuestro trabajo, se manejó como técnica el análisis documental, Evaristo (2018) señalo que la finalidad principal de esta gestión es fortalecer y asegurar en el servicio de la educación la calidad, pertinencia y equidad. En conclusión, Es recomendable para los directivos revisar y analizar esta investigación con la finalidad de plantear nuevos procesos y estrategias que permitan optimizar no solo el clima institucional entre colaboradores sino entre todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa, como, por ejemplo, plantear un estudio sobre la incidencia de las habilidades interpersonales del docente en el clima del aula, teniendo como base esta investigación
