El trabajo incorpora como parte de la propuesta, la organización espacial y la psicologìa ambiental; ambos, elementos nuevos dentro del diseño de centros juveniles. El Centro de Rehabilitación y Reintegración estará dirigido a jóvenes (varones y mujeres), comprendidos entre los 13 y 18 años de edad, bajo el Sistema de Reinserción Social del Adolescente en conflicto con la Ley Penal (SRSALP), modalidad cerrado. En la actualidad, estos centros, están bajo la administración del Ministerio de Justicia de nuestro país.
