We reviewed the relevant bibliographic material published by WHO, prestigious specialized international institutions and national ones on biosafety in this pandemic. Results. This document contains the biosafety theoretical framework for the execution of the various procedures in the laboratory of pathological anatomy in Peru, in this scenario of SARS-Cov2 pandemic. Conclusions. Knowledge about the COVID-19 pandemic and its causative agent constantly surprises the scientific community, it is the reason why its updating and its dissemination must be permanentObjetivo. Presentar un soporte teórico a tomar en cuenta en la ejecución segura del trabajo en el laboratorio de anatomía patológica durante la pandemia del COVID19. Métodos. Se revisó el material bibliográfico pertinente publicado por la OMS, prestigiosas instituciones internacionales especializadas y las nacionales sobre la bioseguridad en esta pandemia. Resultados. Este documento contiene el marco teórico de bioseguridad para la ejecución de los diversos procedimientos en el laboratorio de anatomía patológica del Perú, en este escenario de pandemia por SARS-Cov2. Conclusiones. Los conocimientos sobre la pandemia COVID19 y su agente causal sorprenden constantemente a la comunidad científica, razón por la cual su actualización y difusión debe ser permanenteObjetivo. Apresentar um suporte teórico a ser levado em conta na realização segura do trabalho no laboratório de patologia anatômica durante a pandemia COVID19. Método. Material bibliográfico relevante publicado pela OMS, instituições internacionais especializadas de prestígio e instituições nacionais sobre biossegurança nesta pandemia foi revisado. Resultados. Este documento contém a estrutura teórica de biossegurança para a execução dos diversos procedimentos no laboratório de patologia anatômica peruano neste cenário pandêmico SARS-Cov2. Conclusões.
