Sumario:Objective: Determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire to identify healthy lifestyle in students of a Peruvian university. Materials and Methods: cross-sectional descriptive study. The sample was of 449 university students. Four dimensions were considered: Physical-mental health (Consumption of healthy eating, physical activity, mental), social (personal relationships, recreational and recreational activities), ethical-moral (attitude towards norms, solidarity among the group, tolerance in competitiveness) and academic-family. Results: The validity of content was determined from the criterion of judges, using the coefficient of agreement W of Kendall was obtained: clarity (0, 78); coherence (0, 70); relevance (0, 76); Sufficiency (0, 71). The reliability of the instrument according to Cronbach's alpha was 0, 81.
