description El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo por objetivo general determinar la relación entre la gestión escolar y el acompañamiento pedagógico en las instituciones educativas rurales, Yurimaguas 2023. Empleando una metodología de investigación de tipo básica, con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal y de nivel explicativo causal, con una población de 904 docentes realizando un muestreo aleatorio simple una muestra de 343 docentes; la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta en modalidad virtual mediante Google Forms, donde se diseñó un cuestionario para recoger los datos de las variables gestión escolar y acompañamiento pedagógico. Para el procesamiento de los datos se utilizó el programa estadístico SPSS v 26, empleando la estadística descriptiva y la inferencial. Se concluye que, con un nivel de confianza del95% y un margen de error del 5%, la gestión escolar se relaciona en forma directa y significativamente con el acompañamiento pedagógico en las instituciones educativas rurales, Yurimaguas 2023.
