To determine the main socioeconomical factors that influence on the fiscal duties observance in Restaurants from Santa Anita and Miraflores districts, this study was performed. 150 restaurants per district were studied. A validated survey by Cornbach´s alpha was applied. Frequencies were calculated and the socioeconomical factors influence was determined using Xi2 test.  Santa Anita showed higher dispersion than Miraflores and male gender was prevalent. La ULCB ha estado realizando últimamente estudios que le permita tener una visión más cercana de la percepción que tienen los actores de su accionar, es así que se realizó en el 2014 un estudio para determinar las características de la relación universidad-empresa en los restaurantes de tres distritos de Lima, Perú (Uribe 2015) Asimismo, en Colombia hubo interés por determinar la influencia de las diferencias individuales en la calidad de los servicios universitarios. (Ramírez, Rodríguez y Zapata 2005)

Se hizo el presente estudio, para establecer el nivel de satisfacción de los estudiantes de la Universidad Le Cordon Bleu; se desarrolló durante el 2015, para lo que se tomó una muestra de 183 estudiantes. Se elaboró una encuesta validada mediante el alfa de Cronbach, se calculó las frecuencias y se determinó la relación entre las competencias profesionales adquiridas y otros factores determinándose por Xi2. La respuesta fue en su mayoría desfavorable, y las competencias profesionales adquiridas tuvieron relación con sus actitudes personales y sociales, con el nivel de satisfacción que tiene hacia el docente y con los ambientes de la universidad.

Con el objetivo de determinar el nivel de satisfacción en los restaurantes en el distrito de Miraflores y la relación entre satisfacción del cliente y el ambiente laboral, se llevó a cabo el presente estudio. Para lo cual se encuestaron 150 clientes internos (empleados) y externos (comensales). La investigación tuvo como objetivo Identificar los principales indicadores de percepción sobre seguridad ciudadana en el distrito del Magdalena del Mar. The present research aimed to establish the association between personal factors (age, sex, hours connected and school of origin) and the digital competencies of university students, which have been originated and developed with a greater degree of intensity during the pandemic, generating as a consequence the need for distance education. The study was basic, explanatory, and quantitative, with a nonexperimental and cross-sectional design. This article highlights the importance of guiding the student towards the search for new tools that help him to fulfiltasks oriented to work and study. For this, a review of research articles that rescue active methodologies and the implementation of strategies by the teacher to guide students to autonomous learning is carried out. Among the objectives are: to define newways of coping with a teaching methodology through a flipped classroom, identifying integrating activities that can be developed in a virtual environment to finally design evaluation activities that allow the student to self-evaluate and identify which itis your cognitive conflict and overcome it. The results are based on the coincidences and discrepancies of 11 articles that demonstrate the existing limitations.
