Drawing on the Resource Based View and Social Learning Theory, this study aims to explore the influence of Entrepreneurial Leadership (EL) on Project Success (PS) via the mediating pathways of Team Reflexivity (TR), Team Innovation Culture (TIC), and Team Entrepreneurial Passion (TEP). Data were gathered from 422 senior-level employees in IT firms. The analysis employed SMART-PLS 4 structural equation modeling to assess the proposed relationships. The findings underscore the significant impact of EL on PS. EL was observed to exert a noteworthy influence on TR, TIC, and TEP. Moreover, the proposed mediators, TR and TIC, exhibited substantial effects on PS, while TEP demonstrated a partially significant impact. Through the mediating roles of TR, TEP, and TIC, EL indirectly influenced PS.

Los procedimientos de cementación adhesiva son indispensables para poder lograr resultados más satisfactorios, es por eso que debemos saber diferenciar no sólo los cementos sino debemos de tener en cuenta los protocolos para el sustrato así como la restauración y su compatibilidad entre ellos. Además la planimetría, la polimerización, la posibilidad de asilamiento, el grosor de la restauración, el tipo de porcelana y la presencia de metal deben ser analizados en los diversos casos para poder optimizar la adhesión en los procedimientos de cementación.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the productive and reproductive performance of the Creole egg hen of green shell eggs of the province of Chota, Cajamarca (Peru). Five hundred eggs were collected and artificially incubated to determine their hatchability. In the resulting chicks, the growth in confinement was evaluated for 16 weeks. Then, the birds were mated (5 females and 1 male) and the production and weight of eggs of six biotypes and the hatchability were determined under natural incubation. Significant differences (p<0.05) were found in the growth and size of the six biotypes evaluated. The birds initiated the oviposition between 17 and 19 weeks of age, with periods of posture of seven weeks interrupted by a broody period that could last up to three weeks. The hatchability was influenced by the conditions and types of incubation.

The heart is one of the most important organs in our body and many critical diseases are associated with its malfunctioning. To assess the risk for heart diseases, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) has become the golden standard imaging technique, as it provides to the clinicians stacks of images for analyzing the heart structures, such as the ventricles, and thus to make a diagnosis of the patient's health. The problem is that examination of these stacks, often based on the delineation of heart structures, is tedious and error prone due to inter-and intra-variability among manual delineations. Purpose To describe benefits and toxicities of adjuvant endocrine therapies in women younger than 35 years with breast cancer (n = 582) enrolled in the Suppression of Ovarian Function Trial (SOFT) and Tamoxifen and Exemestane Trial (TEXT). Methods In SOFT, women still premenopausal after surgery with or without chemotherapy were randomly assigned to tamoxifen alone, tamoxifen plus ovarian function suppression (OFS), or exemestane plus OFS. In TEXT, all received OFS with or without concomitant chemotherapy and were randomly assigned to exemestane plus OFS or tamoxifen plus OFS. Percentage of Drug abuse in Peruvian population is being determined only with inquiries and no toxiccological analysis is done. For the present study, 55 National High Schools from Lima, Perú, were selected considering those with high student population. The students age fluctuated between 15 and 19 years old, and 13 301 samples were analysed. The analysis results indicated that 15.9% of students had consumed cocaine; 9.9% marijuana; 0.7% benzodiazepine; 0.3% barbiturates and no one had consumed amphetamines. At the same time of sample collection, an inquiry, was performed results but the did not agree with the ones obtained from toxicological analysis. So, we concluded, that inquiries do not demonstrate the real percentage of drug abuse, since they are not answered with responsability by fue students, may be because of fear or shame to their drug-dependence situation.
