En el presente trabajo, se investigó el efecto de la presión de infiltración del proceso de moldeo por transferencia de resina (RTM), sobre la resistencia máxima a la tracción en laminados de matriz poliéster reforzada con fibra de vidrio E corta y al azar, los valores de presión de infiltración evaluados fueron de 30,45,60,75 y 90 psi, para el proceso de RTM se adaptó una compresora de aire de 2 HP de potencia, los laminados obtenidos mediante los procesos mencionados fueron de 30 * 15 cm de largo y ancho; el espesor estuvo determinado por el espesor del molde en el caso de RTM fue de 3 mm aproximadamente. The objective of the study was to radiologically describe the osteology of the Goeldi’s marmoset (Callimico goeldii). Five individuals reared in captivity, in apparently good health, of the Huachipa Zoological Park (Lima, Peru) were used. They underwent a previous clinical examination to verify the good state of health. The animals were anesthetized and positioned in dorsal and lateral decubitus for radiological evaluation. Likewise, views of the appendicular skeleton were obtained and a record of different exposure values was made to determine their optimum values. The results showed that the optimal exposure values to obtain radiographic images in this species for head and thorax-abdomen were dorso-ventral and lateral views of 50Kv, 20 mA, 0.03 s and for the extremities mediallateral view of 50 kV, 20 mA, 0.02 s. Arequipa, Peru’s second economic center hosting c. 1,110,000 inhabitants, is the largest South American city exposed to a large variety of natural hazards. At least 200,000 live in areas likely to be affected by hazards from El Misti volcano, located 17 km to the NE. A multidisciplinary project aims to address the impacts of tephra fall and frequent mass flows on the vulnerable building stock and roofs along two ravines that cross the city, enabling decision-makers to undertake retrofitting projects and improve urban risk planning. Two recent eruptions, that is, the 1440–1470 CE Vulcanian event and c. 2070 years BP Plinian eruption, were chosen as references for probable scenarios of potential tephra fall impacts from El Misti on the building roofs. Two simultaneous extreme events affected tropical South America to the east of the Andes during the austral summer and fall of 2012: a severe drought in Northeast Brazil and intense rainfall and floods in Amazonia, both considered records for the last 50 years. Changes in atmospheric circulation and rainfall were consistent with the notion of an active role of colder-than-normal surface waters in the equatorial Pacific, with above-normal upward motion and rainfall in western Amazonia and increased subsidence over Northeast Brazil. Atmospheric circulation and soil moisture anomalies in the region contributed to an intensified transport of Atlantic moisture into the western part of Amazonia then turning southward to the southern Amazonia region, where the Chaco low was intensified. Introducción: Muchas veces se propagan mitos y creencias sobre la higiene íntima femenina, que podrían traer consecuencias en muchos aspectos. Objetivo: Determinar la asociación entre los mitos y creencias del cuidado e higiene íntima y los cuidados reales de higiene íntima en mujeres peruanas jóvenes. Método: Se realizó un estudio transversal analítico, que presentó una revisión del tema para realizar una encuesta de 21 interrogantes, en temas comunes en la higiene íntima, post piloto, se preguntó de su realización y la frecuencia semanal; esta última se asoció a variables socio-educativas.
