Esta investigación tiene como propósito analizar y optimizar los procesos de planeación de la producción y proyección de ventas en OPP Film S.A., una empresa referente en la fabricación de empaques flexibles. El método de ranking de factores identifica y prioriza los procesos críticos dentro de la operación de la empresa, destacando áreas clave como la planeación integrada, la gestión de inventarios y la alineación de las proyecciones con la capacidad productiva. Entre los hallazgos más relevantes se identificaron limitaciones tecnológicas, desajustes en la comunicación interdepartamental y una falta de indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs), que afectan la eficiencia y la capacidad de respuesta de la organización.

El objetivo de este estudio es determinar cuáles son los factores de riesgo psicosociales que más afectan a los conductores de transporte terrestre de carga sobredimensionada de la empresa Acoinsa S.A.C. Los accidentes de tráficos en la carretera son producto de la combinación de diversos factores (humanos, vehículos, ambiente), y la forma en que interactúan; los factores de riesgo psicosociales se originan por la fatiga por el largo periodo de concentración, la sobrecarga mental, la duración de las jornadas, los horarios de trabajo, las discusiones de tráfico. OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the knowledge about contraceptives, its uses, efficacy, and adverse effects in an adolescent’s population of a public high school. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Descriptive retrospective study based on national and regional literature. RESULTS: Voluntary donations increased to 19.0%, screening of blood spread with the seven tests at 100% of the units collected nationwide, avoiding transfusion HIV infection, hepatitis B and C, HTLV-1 and 2, syphilis and Chagas disease. CONCLUSIONS: Implementation of Hemotherapy and Blood Banks National Program (PRONAHEBAS) had a positive impact by increasing transfusion safety by expanding testing and voluntary donation.

The independence processes in Central America and Peru are the result of a set of thoughts and actions of change of the Spanish colonial system, conceived by various characters, who promoted emancipation and outlined the new structure of the liberal State in the first half of the 19th century, based on the principle of the separation of powers, a concept bequeathed by the French school. In both processes, two wise men who exerted a notable influence stand out, José Cecilio del Valle in Central America, and Hipólito Unanue in Peru, who with their reflection and dedication were decisive in the formation of consensus that forged the emancipation and creation of new independent political units.

The article analyzes the qualitative approach as an option to renew the school geography based on pedagogical positivism. Since the 19th century, geographical teaching has been facilitated with the purpose of transmitting contents related to the physical-natural features of the territory, from the descriptive, reproductive and memoristic perspective. This educational reality is an epistemic obstacle, as it prevents the analytical reflection of community geographic situations and the era from being developed. El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la relación que existe entre la autoestima y el estrés académico en estudiantes del último año de la Escuela Profesional de Estomatología de la Universidad Alas Peruanas. La investigación fue de diseño no experimental, descriptivo, correlacional, transversal y prospectivo. La muestra se obtuvo por muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia, estableciéndose un numero de 65 participantes, donde se procedió a tomar el cuestionario de Coopersmith para evaluar autoestima y la escala Sisco para evaluar el estrés académico, ambos por vía Google Forms. Se encontró que los niveles de autoestima muestran una mayor tendencia de nivel media alto con un 35.4% y nivel alto con 38.5%.
