The Objective of this project is to evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of the recovered BoPET reprocessing, for reuse as a raw material and for this there are 5 chapters which will be described below. The Opp Film S.A. Company is dedicated to the production of plastics films, thermoforming and engineering resins, it has two production plants in the district of Lurin. The business market to which the company belongs is the flexible packaging production; these can be used as packaging to food, beverages, personal care, home care and pet food products. Esta investigación tiene como propósito analizar y optimizar los procesos de planeación de la producción y proyección de ventas en OPP Film S.A., una empresa referente en la fabricación de empaques flexibles. El método de ranking de factores identifica y prioriza los procesos críticos dentro de la operación de la empresa, destacando áreas clave como la planeación integrada, la gestión de inventarios y la alineación de las proyecciones con la capacidad productiva. Entre los hallazgos más relevantes se identificaron limitaciones tecnológicas, desajustes en la comunicación interdepartamental y una falta de indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs), que afectan la eficiencia y la capacidad de respuesta de la organización.
