This research presents as a general objective to determine the insight of the client and its relationship with the satisfaction in the taxi service of the company Peru Tours SA, the theories that sustain the present investigation were based on the variables of study, being for insight the Klaric scholar and for satisfaction in the service to Parasuraman.  The present investigation responds to a non-experimental design of cross-correlational type, the study sample consisted of 95 frequent clients of the company, to obtain the results non-parametric statistics was used. Hypothesis test and Pearson correlation coefficient, having obtained a moderate correlation of 0.552 among the study variables, for which it is concluded that there is a linear relationship between insight and service satisfaction.

El presente estudio presenta como objetivo general elaborar una estrategia de diferenciación; su importancia se ajusta en la mejora de la calidad de servicio del sujeto de estudio. En la presente investigación se plantea como objetivo Proponer un Plan de Gestión Institucional para la Calidad del Servicio en la Escuela Profesional de Ingeniería de Sistemas de la Universidad Nacional Hermilio Valdizan, la metodología utilizada fue el enfoque cuantitativo, de paradigma positivista, tipo de estudio básica, siendo de diseño no experimental, transversal descriptiva. Los resultados obtenidos demostraron un nivel medio en la calidad de servicio, según las dimensiones analizadas se halló un nivel bajo en la dimensión capacidad de respuesta, así como un nivel bajo en la dimensión empatía. Se concluye que el plan de gestión institucional propuesto permitirá la mejora de la calidad del servicio de la Escuela Profesional en estudio, se logró validar el plan habiendo utilizado la validez por juicio de expertos.

In the present investigation, the Marketing Communication Mix Strategy was carried out, with the objective of improving the Lambayecan Cultural Identity in the 3rd, 4th and 5th students of the Educational Institution "Our Lady of the Assumption" , promoting it through a documentary, showing its history, folklore, nature, gastronomy, etc. And as this tool provides the way to position, and quickly capture consumer of which are founded by Felix Lazarsfeld and Kotler. The growing increase in vehicles produces serious congestion problems in urban centers; this situation raises questions about the control methods of the variables of interest in this problem. The case study presented is an approach to the topic and is based on a hypothetical scenario that is modeled and simulated with a systemic approach, considering the individual movement of the vehicles. A methodology is presented for the statistical analysis of the simulation results.
