En la presente investigación se estudió la relación existente entre la formación profesional y las actividades productivas en los estudiantes de la facultad de tecnología en la universidad de educación. La muestra estuvo constituida por 46 estudiantes a quienes se les aplicó dos cuestionarios, que permitieron recoger la información y medir las variables de estudio. Los resultados fueron analizados en el nivel descriptivo a través de frecuencias y porcentajes y el nivel inferencial; se empleó la estadía paramétrica y como tal se ha utilizado "r" de Pearson, dado que los datos de la muestra presentan distribución normal. Los resultados indican que, la formación profesional, según la percepción de los estudiantes encuestados, se expresa predominantemente en un nivel bajo. Currently, the data generated in the university environment related to the perception of satisfaction is generated through surveys with categorical response questions defined on a Likert scale, with factors already defined to be evaluated, applied once per academic semester, which generates very biased information. This leads us to wonder why this survey is applied only once and why it only asks about some factors. The objective of the article is to demonstrate the feasibility of a proposal to determine the degree of perception of student satisfaction through the use of data science and natural language processing (NLP), supported by the social network twitter, as an element of data collection. The objective of this study is to analyze and discuss the metrics of the predictive model using the K-nearest neighbor (K-NN) learning algorithm, which will be applied to the data on the perception of engineering students on the quality of the virtual administrative service, such as part of the methodology was analyzed the indicators of accuracy, precision, sensitivity and specificity, from the obtaining of the confusion matrix and the receiver operational characteristic (ROC) curve. The collected data were validated through Cronbach's Alpha, finding consistency values higher than 0.9, which allows to continue with the analysis.
