La calidad de los medicamentos genéricos/multifuentes (MG) debe ser garantizada por estudios de bioequivalencia (BE) en armonía con las directrices de la OPS/OMS, favoreciendo su acceso y fortaleciendo las Políticas de Medicamento Genéricos (PMG). La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo evaluar la reglamentación de los MG en América Latina y Europa, y la implementación de BE como requisito de su calidad. Metodología: Documentos oficiales normativos y reglamentarios de PMG, y guías de BE fueron evaluados mediante el metanálisis. Introduction. The use of preoperative magnetic resonance imaging (PMR) in patients with breast cancer is debatable, with little agreement on its usefulness above routine scans. The goal of this study was to assess comparative studies of individuals with non-advanced breast cancer who were treated with or without PMR. Methods. A search was conducted in MEDLINE/PUBMED, LILACS, and SCIELO for medical literature published between January 1, 2000 and March 31, 2021, and publications that satisfied the inclusion criteria were included. Objective: To determine if there is an association between level of patient satisfactions and motivation of health care personnel in a neurosurgery hospitalization service of a specialized institute. Methods: Cross-sectional study conducted at the neurosurgical services of Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Neurológicas from July to October 2016. Objective: To determine the characteristics of occupational pesticide poisoning in agricultural workers treated at the Hospital Barranca Cajatambo during 2008-2017. Materials and methods: A descriptive, retrospective and cross-sectional study conducted in a population of 295 agricultural workers poisoned by occupational pesticide exposure and treated at the Hospital Barranca Cajatambo from 2008 to 2017. Every male or female agricultural worker aged over 14 with a complete medical record of pesticide poisoning was included in the study. Objective: To determine the satisfaction level of neurosurgery outpatients of the Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Neurológicas (INCN), Lima, from October to November 2016. Materials and methods: A quantitative, descriptive, prospective and cross-sectional study was conducted in 314 patients. The study used the SERVQUAL survey to calculate the mean differential score, as well as the ANCOVA analysis and the Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient. Results: Overall satisfaction accounted for 19.4 % (61) and overall dissatisfaction, 80.6 % (253), which included both mild and moderate dissatisfaction. Objective: To determine the association between organizational commitment and job satisfaction among physicians who treated COVID-19 patients at the Hospital Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión from 2020 to 2021. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional and analytical study which involved 194 physicians. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment were measured using the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire and Meyer and Allen’s Three Component Model of Commitment. Based on the scores and the Likert scale, the variables were categorized as high, medium or low. Results: Seventy-one percent of physicians reported intrinsic job satisfaction and 93 % exhibited affective organizational commitment and continuity at the hospital. It has been found that opposition to this request is often associated with homophobia. In Peru, no studies exist on these aspects. Objective: To determine the correlation between adoption approval and attitude towards homosexuality in medical students and graduates, Lima, Peru. To determine the association between daytime sleepiness and sleep quality with school performance in adolescents of the Institution Educative “Emblemática” Ventura Ccalamaqui, Barranca, 2018. Methods: Non-experimental and cross-sectional study. The sample included 217 adolescents of third and fourth year of secondary school. The Epworth Sleepiness Scale and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index were applied. School performance was determined by the grade in communication and mathematics (subjects used by the international community) and was classified according to the National Curriculum (AD, A, B, C). Objective: To determine the relationship between work environment and job satisfaction of nursing staff in the emergency service of Hospital de Vitarte. Methods: Quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional research. The population and sample consisted of 70 members of the nursing staff of the emergency service. With the prior informed consent of each participant, two questionnaires validated in other studies were applied through a survey. Results: The participating nursing staff was mainly between 30 and 39 years old (50%), was female (62,9%), with the same number of professionals and technicians, with a slight predominance of contracted (51,4%) and had between 6 to 10 years of service.
