Introduction: This research addresses the evaluation of teacher performance through the student-centered paradigm. Objective: To determine the teaching strategies and pedagogical skills with a constructivist approach used, from the teacher and student perspective, in the health master's programs of a Peruvian public university. Methodology: Quantitative, descriptive and cross-cutting study. Describe las estrategias de enseñanza y habilidades del docente con un enfoque pedagógico constructivista, comparando la perspectiva del docente y estudiante en los programas de maestrías en salud en una institución de enseñanza superior estatal de Perú. Investigación no experimental, cuantitativa, transversal y comparativa. Se elaboró un cuestionario tipo Likert, que se utilizó en docentes y estudiantes, el cual fue ratificado por un grupo de especialistas, alcanzando un alfa de Cronbach de 0.961 y se aplicó en prueba piloto.
