Determina las actitudes que hacia el envejecimiento tienen los estudiantes de enfermería de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, diferenciándolas según años de estudio, así como los aspectos del envejecimiento que tienen mayor y menor aceptación. Realiza un estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo de corte transversal y nivel aplicativo. Aplica un cuestionario tipo Lickert modificado a 220 estudiantes del 1er al 5to año de estudios. Para el análisis estadístico, se aplicó las pruebas de análisis de varianza y Tukey. Objective: Work motivation and job satisfaction are key elements for Human Resource Management from a total quality approach. This study aims to establish the relationship between work motivation and job satisfaction of the staff of the Peruvian branch of Partners in Health, to determine the staff´s level of work motivation according to Frederick Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory, and to determine the staff´s level of job satisfaction according to the dimensions of the Font Roja questionnaire.
