La investigación tuvo por finalidad establecer la relación entre el acompañamiento pedagógico y práctica docente en instituciones educativas públicas del valle del Mishquiyacu, Picota, San Martin, 2023. El trabajo fue no experimental, relacional y enfoque cuantitativo, con método deductivo y corte transversal; con una muestra a 70 maestros de dichas instituciones, a los cuales se aplicó cuestionarios validados por 5 jueces expertos. Resultando que el acompañamiento pedagógico, fue percibido como regular por el 47%, y la práctica docente como eficiente por el 47%. Respecto a los resultados correlacionales, en la relación entre el acompañamiento pedagógico y la práctica docente, se obtuvo un Rho de Spearman medio y positiva de 0.511 y un pvalor de 0.005. Concluyendo que se rechaza la hipótesis nula aceptando una relación significativa entre las variables indicadas.

Mediante el desarrollo del presente estudio se buscó determinar la relación entre el trabajo cooperativo y el aprendizaje significativo del área de Comunicación en estudiantes de nivel primaria, Picota - San Martín, 2024. La presente investigación se sustenta en el objetivo de conocer cuál es la relación que existe entre los estilos de vida y el síndrome de Burnout en el personal de salud del Hospital II-2 de Tarapoto. La investigación fue descriptiva correlacional, de corte transversal, para la recolección de datos se empleó, un cuestionario para evaluar los estilos de vida y el inventario de Maslach para el síndrome de Burnout que fueron aplicados en forma personalizada a 207 trabajadores de salud entre técnicos de enfermería, enfermeros, obstetras y médicos. Resultados: Se evidencia que el 76.8% del personal de salud del hospital II- 2 de Tarapoto tiene un estilo de vida saludable y no sufre del síndrome de Burnout, mientras que el 38.5 % con un estilo de vida poco saludable si posee este síndrome.
