El presente trabajo tiene el objetivo principal de revisar los procesos de la unidad de negocio, concretamente, la Unidad de Médicos a Domicilio de la Clínica Internacional, y en base a esta revisión; proponer alternativas de mejora que lleven a solucionar ciertos problemas que se ven hoy en día, como, por ejemplo; el uso de hojas manuales para llevar el control de las atenciones médicas diariamente. En los primeros capítulos, se describen aspectos generales de la empresa estudiada. Posteriormente, se plantea el problema y un análisis de las alternativas de solución. Finalmente, se logra la implementación del sistema SAP y se dan detalles de la aplicación, así como los resultados.

The majority of contemporary works about the trajectory of Andrés Avelino Cáceres, were dependent on the so-called Memoirs of this historical figure which were published after his death and are a work full of historical gaps and inaccuracies. The author of this article affirms that, in order to write a documented and objective study of Cáceres’ trajectory, one must utilize historical sources as the main documentary archive, prioritizing this over biographies, testimonies, reports or other research that is subsequent to the period of study in question. For this reason, he poses a general heuristic reflection about the historical sources used when trying to research the participation of Andrés Avelino Cáceres in the Campaign of the Breña, and during the phase of the civic conflict between 1884 and 1885.

En la literatura sobre marginalidad urbana, resalta la constatación de la existencia de lugares con mucha presencia del estado (incluyendo la violencia de los aparatos policiales), y lugares en donde el estado se echa atrás dejando que las cosas pasen, o simplemente no estando y dejándolos al abandono. Javier Auyero y Katherine Sobering van más allá de esta constatación y apuestan por intentar dar sentido a lo que llaman “el estado ambivalente”, es decir el estado que, en el mismo lugar y de forma selectiva, a veces interviene y a veces no. El resultado es no sólo una etnografía sobre la violencia en los márgenes de las ciudades, sino de hecho una etnografía sobre la colusión entre estado y actores criminales. El trabajo abre la discusión sobre la naturaleza y producción del estado y del espacio en ciudades como la nuestra.

This work verifies the instrumental characteristics of the CCD detector which is part of the UNI astronomical observatory. We measured the linearity of the CCD detector of the SBIG STXL6303E camera, along with the associated gain and readout noise. The linear response to the incident light of the detector is extremely linear (R2 =99.99%), its effective gain is 1.65 ± 0.01 e-/ADU and its readout noise is 12.2 e-. These values are in agreement with the manufacturer. We confirm that this detector is extremely precise to make measurements for astronomical purposes.

We present the first scientific results of the program on short term period variable stars observed at OAUNI at the peruvian Andes. These results include good quality light curves of delta Scuti stars, rapidly oscillating stars along with eclipsing and cataclysmic binaries. The photometric precision reached by the available instrumental and equipment, and used in the several scientific subprograms, has satisfied the initial expectations.

In this work we present preliminary analysis of the astronomical photometry program for stellar clusters observed at OAUNI on the last years. Up to date twelve open clusters and nine globular clusters have been observed, in general, in more than one broadband filter. Multicolor photometry for selected clusters is shown along with a color-magnitude diagram for one open cluster. These measurements are the first ones of their kind collected by a peruvian astronomical facility.

This work present the exoplanet transit program developed at OAUNI on the 2016 and 2017 campaigns. Seventeen exoplanet transits were observed and in six of them more than one event was registered. In a couple of cases the same transit were gathered four times. Preliminary reductions are shown in three transits (WASP-80 b, WASP-52 b, and WASP-77 A b). The associated light curves show well-defined events and their modeling let to infer physical parameters of each system. These measurements are the first ones of their kind collected by a peruvian astronomical facility.

This article arises from the interrelation of different theoretical and methodological perspectives in the areas of Communication and Anthropology in order to analyze the media treatment of the situation of indigenous peoples in Argentine territory. To do this, theoretical concepts of the Agenda Setting theory were operationalized and a content analysis was developed from the collection of journalistic articles from the most far-reaching online information portals in Argentina, in the period from August 2018 to June, 2019. The conclusions show: a low information coverage on the subject; the construction and reproduction of meanings and representations around native peoples linked to the reinforcement of stereotypes and prejudices; and little opportunity for them to be actors and sources of information.

La mayoría de los trabajos contemporáneos sobre la trayectoria de Andrés Avelino Cáceres, fueron dependientes de las llamadas Memorias de este personaje que fueron publicadas después de su muerte y que se constituye como un texto cargado de vacíos e inexactitudes. El autor propone que, para realizar un estudio documentado y objetivo sobre la trayectoria de Cáceres, se tiene que utilizar las fuentes de época como principal sustento documental por encima de las semblanzas, testimonios, reportajes o trabajos de investigación que sean muy posteriores al período bajo estudio. Por lo que se plantea realizar una reflexión heurística general sobre las fuentes a utilizar al momento de estudiar la participación de Andrés Avelino Cáceres en la Campaña de la Breña, y en la fase de la contienda civil de 1884 a 1885.

El presente trabajo verificó las capacidades del detector CCD que forma parte del instrumental asociado al proyecto del Observatorio Astronómico de la UNI. Fueron medidos la respuesta lineal del detector CCD de la cámara SBIG STXL6303E, así como su ganancia y el ruido de lectura asociados. La respuesta lineal a la luz incidente del detector es extremadamente lineal (R2=99.99%), su ganancia efectiva es 1.65 ± 0.1 e-/ADU y su ruido de lectura 12.2 e-. Estos valores están de acuerdo con los proporcionados por el fabricante. Se confirma que el detector analizado es extremadamente preciso para realizar medidas con fines astronómicos.

El radón es la principal fuente de radiactividad natural, y su medición se considera extremadamente importante en la radioprotección, dado su relación con la ocurrencia de cáncer de pulmón. En los últimos dos años, se realizaron mediciones de este gas radiactivo en Lima considerando una cuadrícula de 5 km² y la densidad de población para determinar el número de mediciones a realizar. Presentamos los primeros resultados científicos del programa de estrellas variables de corto periodo observadas en el Observatorio de la Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería (OAUNI) en los Andes peruanos. Estos resultados incluyen curvas de luz de buena calidad de estrellas delta Scuti, estrellas rápidamente oscilantes, así como binarias eclipsantes y cataclísmicas. La precisión fotométrica alcanzada por el instrumental disponible, y utilizada en los distintos subprogramas científicos, ha cumplido con las expectativas iniciales.
