We report for the first time for Colombia Epidendrum porphyreonocturnum Hágsater & R. Jiménez and Epidendrum whittenii Hágsater & Dodson, two species of orchids found in the Andean-Amazonian Foothills from the department of Caquetá. These species were previously known in Ecuador and Peru. Both species were categorized as Vulnerable according to IUCN criteria due to the menaces over their habitat and the low number of known populations. These records enrich the knowledge of the Colombian orchid flower and highlight the need to make greater efforts for the knowledge and conservation of the foothill.

It analyzed 206 research articles published in two open-access Latin American journals indexed in Scopus and exclusively focused on communications. The results revealed 441 authors (54 % men and 46 % women). Men had a greater presence as authors of individual articles. In articles with multiple authors, women prevail in the first authorship position (men n = 60; women n = 75) and the third position (men n = 6; women n = 8), while men prevail in the second position (men n = 70; women n = 65) and the last position (men n = 49; women n = 31). In this sense, the present work seeks to understand the extent of exposure to violent circumstances on the evaluation of emotional situations. Method: Eighty participants with ages between 18 and 30 years old resident in Villavicencio city (Colombia) participated. El estudio realizado tuvo por objetivo general determinar la relación entre la regulación de la conducta y las necesidades psicológicas básicas en el deporte de los cadetes atletas de una institución militar de Lima 2022. El aspecto metodológico está enmarcado en un enfoque cuantitativo, nivel correlacional, diseño no experimental de corte transeccional. Como técnica de recolección se empleó la encuesta mediante la aplicación de cuestionarios, la validez la brindaron el juicio de tres expertos y confiabilidad fuerte de rho de Spearman 0,722 y 0,833. La investigación tuvo como objetivo establecer la relación de la gestión administrativa con la imagen institucional de la Institución Educativa N° 0020 Ernesto Chávez Tamariz, Saposoa 2020. El tipo de estudio no experimental, con un diseño descriptivo correlacional. La población de 310 padres de familia y la muestra del estudio fue conformada por 137 padres de familia. Identificar las asignaturas preferidas por los estudiantes en la universidad puede mejorar la experiencia del estudiante, aumentar su retención, e informar la toma de decisiones del plan de estudios. En esta investigación se determinaron la asignatura preferida de la carrera de Ingeniería Industrial y las asignaturas preferidas de cada semestre. La investigación con enfoque cuantitativo, fue descriptiva, no experimental, transversal y de campo. Se aplicó una encuesta a 87 estudiantes. Se determinó que la asignatura preferida es Economía en la Ingeniería (validez Alfa de Cronbach 0.97).
