Introducción: Los efectos no-patológicos en el ser humano relacionados con la naturalización de la violencia suscitan un marcado interés investigativo, particularmente en relación a los mecanismos que cumplen funciones de regulación conductual como lo son las emociones. We report for the first time for Colombia Epidendrum porphyreonocturnum Hágsater & R. Jiménez and Epidendrum whittenii Hágsater & Dodson, two species of orchids found in the Andean-Amazonian Foothills from the department of Caquetá. These species were previously known in Ecuador and Peru. Both species were categorized as Vulnerable according to IUCN criteria due to the menaces over their habitat and the low number of known populations. These records enrich the knowledge of the Colombian orchid flower and highlight the need to make greater efforts for the knowledge and conservation of the foothill.

The results revealed 441 authors (54 % men and 46 % women). Men had a greater presence as authors of individual articles. In articles with multiple authors, women prevail in the first authorship position (men n = 60; women n = 75) and the third position (men n = 6; women n = 8), while men prevail in the second position (men n = 70; women n = 65) and the last position (men n = 49; women n = 31). This article offers a constructive critique of traditional teaching methods in legal education, focusing especially on the “master class”, based on the unilateral transmission of knowledge by the teacher. In this regard, the author argues that this method does not promote effective retention or the development of appropriate mental habits for the legal profession; rather, it contributes to a “distortion” of jurists. Instead, he advocates a transformation in the pedagogy of law, using techniques that diminish the “one man show” and encourage active participation and the development of critical skills. This entails a shift in the role of the law teacher: from being a mere transmitter of information to being a facilitator and advisor of learning. The article focuses on the philosophy of law in 18th century Spain and how traditionalist and modernist schools of thought were reflected in and influenced it. The author notes that Spanish legal philosophy experienced a conflict between its markedly medieval origins and the growing modernism that sought to engulf it. In order to understand the importance of Spanish legal philosophy in the 18th century, the author describes how the key figures in Spanish legal philosophy of that period reacted to the European doctrines that emerged during the time, and what their analysis of those doctrines was. Although these legal philosopher ultimately accepted and incorporated a new philosophy that gave rise to modern natural law, they maintained a hostile attitude towards other modernist currents that were consolidating in Europe at the time.

La investigación tuvo como objetivo establecer la relación de la gestión administrativa con la imagen institucional de la Institución Educativa N° 0020 Ernesto Chávez Tamariz, Saposoa 2020. El tipo de estudio no experimental, con un diseño descriptivo correlacional. La población de 310 padres de familia y la muestra del estudio fue conformada por 137 padres de familia. La técnica empleada fue la encuesta y el cuestionario como instrumento. El estudio realizado tuvo por objetivo general determinar la relación entre la regulación de la conducta y las necesidades psicológicas básicas en el deporte de los cadetes atletas de una institución militar de Lima 2022. El aspecto metodológico está enmarcado en un enfoque cuantitativo, nivel correlacional, diseño no experimental de corte transeccional. Como técnica de recolección se empleó la encuesta mediante la aplicación de cuestionarios, la validez la brindaron el juicio de tres expertos y confiabilidad fuerte de rho de Spearman 0,722 y 0,833.
