In this article, the relevance of the Scor model for an analysis as is a company presents itself as demonstrated in this research and reverse the deficiencies.

The results of the research on consumer preferences and its importance in the acquisition of products during the critical period of the pandemic in Metropolitan Lima from March to December 2020, when emotional and cognitive relationships increased when purchasing products, are shown in this article. This makes it possible to understand the extent to which, at that stage, consumers were willing to modify their purchasing habits, depending on their rationality or emotions, so as not to be affected by the crisis that was experienced at that time.

Determina si la implementación del proceso de planificación en una empresa gráfica, mediante el modelo Scor, mejorará la percepción de su calidad. Efficient resource management plays a crucial role in the sustainable development of companies, aiming to maximize economic performance, minimize environmental impacts, and contribute to social welfare. This quantitative and explanatory study analyzed resource management in textile microenterprises in Metropolitan Lima, with a sample of 370 participants. The methodology used was non-experimental and cross-sectional, allowing for a detailed analysis of the relationship between business management and sustainable development in this specific context.
