Este proyecto de negocio, surge en los derivados de los lácteos conjuntos con la complementación con las especias como el rocoto, huacatay y orégano, tiene un crecimiento exponencial cuya demanda en la plaza peruana por los beneficios preventivos y descritos en cada parte de este proyecto de negocio.
