Sumario:The general objective of the present research was to determine the relationship between administrative management and the organizational climate in the District Municipality of Punchana, 2021, likewise, a descriptive study - correlational and non-experimental design has been chosen, for which a sample of 74 people, who were surveyed through a questionnaire. Thus, the following results were obtained that administrative management is regular (30%) due to the fact that planning rarely the entity's objectives are clearly established and in accordance with the applicable legal guidelines, likewise, it is almost never established Appropriately, institutional goals, on the other hand, the organization seldom has the necessary resources to achieve the goals, as well as, managers rarely promote teamwork in the workplace, on the other hand, the management in the Municipality few Sometimes those in charge of the areas and dependencies of the entity lead by example the workers under their charge, as well as the working conditions never allow the development of activities, given this, the control in the Municipality has seldom established standards and / or criteria that allow measuring and comparing the performance of officials and servants. Likewise, the organizational climate in the District Municipality of Punchana 2021 is classified as regular (29%) since the institution almost never provides autonomy to make its own decisions, likewise, workers are rarely rewarded in proportion to performance, as well as rare Sometimes they receive support from their superiors, and finally, reciprocal communication is rarely encouraged in order to avoid conflicts. The work concludes that administrative management is related to organizational climate in a considerable and significant way (rho = .848; sig. = 0.000); The same happens with planning (rho = .786; sig. = 0.000); as well as the organization (rho = .804; sig. = 0.000); direction (rho = .851; sig. = 0.000); finally the control (rho = .771; sig. = 0.000).
