Matemáticos, antropólogos y otros científicos han estudiado la relación que existe entre el juego o actividad lúdica y la matemática. Si anali¬zamos el proceso en la educación básica (Educación Inicial y Prima¬ria) son pocos los docentes que suelen aplicar y desarrollar la matemática re¬creativa, a pesar que son concientes que es una de las necesidades de los niños y niñas por naturaleza. Ahora, precisemos el sentido de la matemática recreativa en el aula. Para ello empezaremos por el deslinde etimológico del término "re¬creativo" proviene del verbo "re-crear el cual significa crear de nuevo", es decir, propiciar en el estudiante el placer intrínseco por el descubrimiento de algo nuevo y es en este contexto que reaparecen los juegos. This article proposes a historical analysis of the initiatives in Environmental Education of international organizations: United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). In this context, the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM) establishes a series of activities, such as: postgraduate programs in Environmental Sciences, courses, workshops and environmental protection campaigns. And through the Higher Research Council (CSI), environmental studies are carried out in the different Research Institutes and Centers, likewise, committees are formed and Inter-institutional Agreements related to the Environment are prepared.
