The Digital Journal of Research in University Teaching (RIDU) presents a number dedicated to "Values and professional ethics" in the midst of the health crisis caused by COVID- 19 which has affected many problems, but especially Higher Education. It is an honor to be a guest editor for this fifth RIDU publication assigned to monographic topics relevant to University Education. With this number, RIDU is achieving be an enriching space of knowledge with valuable research within the field educational program with the participation of authors from universities in Mexico, Peru, Chile, Spain, Italy, Costa Rica and Argentina.

La medición de la conducta prosocial, como otros constructos relevantes para el ajuste psicológico, requiere una base de conocimientos ordenada y actualizada, que ayude a identificar y aspectos metodológicos a su construcción. El objetivo de este estudio es identificar los instrumentos de medida de la conducta prosocial disponibles en la literatura empírica sus características y propiedades psicométricas. En este estudio, la búsqueda bibliográfica estuvo realizada en las bases de datos Web of Science (WOS) y Dialnet desde 1900 a 2017 con énfasis especial en la última década. Se eligieron 16 instrumentos relevantes a la conducta prosocial, describiendo sus aplicaciones y características. Se discute las implicancias para la continuidad de la investigación sobre medidas de la conducta prosocial.

Measuring prosocial conduct, just as other constructs which are relevant for psychological adjustment, requires a base of knowledge which is orderly and up-to-date, which helps to identify and methodological aspects for its construction. The objective of this study is to identify the instruments for measuring prosocial behavior which are available today in the empirical literature, as well as to analyze their characteristics and psychometric properties.In this study, the bibliographic search was carried out on the databases of web of science (WOS) and Dialnet from 1900 to 2017 with special emphasis on the last decade. Sixteen instruments relevant to prosocial behavior were chosen describing its applications and characteristics.There is a discussion of the implications of continuing research into measures of prosocial behavior.

El artículo presenta una revisión de propuestas metodológicas para la evaluación de la llamada Responsabilidad Social Universitaria a partir del análisis de sistemas de indicadores en el espacio de educación superior iberoamericano. Se realizó una revisión en bases bibliográficas de publicaciones, recopilándose desarrollos realizados entre el periodo 2006–2013, identificándose un total de dos tesis doctorales que presentaron sistemas de evaluación en estudiantes; dos modelos propuestos por universidades en Perú y España; y los trabajos de dos redes de universidades que diseñaron un desarrollo conceptual de Responsabilidad Social Universitaria y sistemas de indicadores para su evaluación. The article presents a review of methodologies for the assessment of the so-called University Social Responsibility from the analysis of indicator systems in the area of higher education in Ibero-America. A publication-based research was conducted, compiling progress made between the years 2006-2013. A total of two doctoral theses that presented evaluation systems in students; two models proposed by universities in Peru and Spain; and the papers of two university networks that designed a University Social Responsibility conceptual development and indicator systems for its assessment were identified. The article points out that despite the spectrum of conceptual proposals produced during the first decade of the 21st century, only a few assessment programs are still in force.
