El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre las variables Desempeño TIC de los Docentes y los niveles de logro de Comprensión Lectora y Matemática de los estudiantes de segundo grado de nivel Primaria de las Instituciones Educativas del Distrito de Chorrillos - UGEL 07, utilizando dos instrumentos de recolección de datos el Instrumento de Desempeño TIC Docente y la Prueba de Matemática y Comprensión Lectora, teniendo una población de 31 Instituciones Educativas durante el periodo académico 2013 - 2014. Through a loan fund financed by the National Bank and the Peruvian government's Cooperation Fund for Social Development (FONCODES), the Small and Microenterprise Promotion Programme (PAME) provides loans to small and microenterprises in rural and peri-urban areas excluded from the formal financial system to develop productive, commercial and service activities, using financial institutions with experience in microfinance, giving priority to women entrepreneurs. (Foncodes, 2013) As of 31 December 2018, PAME's financial assets amounted to 454,867 loans for a total value of 1,429 million soles. The geographical coverage is 23 departments, 122 provinces and 771 districts. Today, governments see entrepreneurship as a means to promote the economic, social, productive and even cultural development of their countries, but despite the benefits of this trend, there are still many important challenges that must be overcome for the benefits of entrepreneurship to be truly sustainable and long-lasting (Jurado, 2022).
