El proyecto de investigación tuvo como objetivo obtener etanol a partir del pasto brachiaria (Brachiaria brizantha (Hochst. Ex A. Rich.) Stapf), previo pretratamiento con agua líquida caliente (LHW) y posterior hidrolisis acida y enzimática. Para ello se evaluó el efecto de la hidrolisis acida y enzimática sobre la conversión de celulosa de pasto brachiaria y se comparó la eficiencia en la obtención de alcohol en líquido lignocelulósico hidrolizado en dos niveles de concentración de enzima celulasa. Las muestras de pasto fueron sometidas a deshidratación, molienda y acondicionamiento con pretratamiento con agua líquida caliente, para luego ser hidrolizado con ácido sulfúrico al 5% en razón de 1:5 e hidrolisis enzimática en razón del 5% y 8% por 14 horas. The objective of the research was to identify the determinants of poverty at the household level in Peru in 2020. The research design was descriptive and correlational, with a type of nonexperimental research and quantitative approach, and considered the logit econometric model; the sources of information used correspond to the National Household Survey of the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics, from which the variables that are considered determinants of poverty were extracted and managed.
