La permanencia en la universidad es uno de los retos que afrontan los estudiantes que se incorporan a la formación superior, más aún en contextos cambiantes y demandantes como los actuales.  The pandemic COVID19 implied drastic changes in the world, including educational institutions. According to the Comisión Económica para América Latina (CEPAL), 32 countries closed schools disturbing the life of more than 165 millions students and, of course professors also. To find out how educators felt during the pandemic period, several questionnaires can be used: Effort-Rewards Imbalance, Engagement, Burnout syndrome and Perceived Physical and Mental Health. However, before reaching this knowledge, it was necessary to determine the construct and differential validity of instruments in a sample of 353 Peruvian teachers. The results indicate that the mentioned tests have construct validity, as well as the differential one validity.

This research aims to know the relationship between organizational justice and psychological well-being in higher education teachers. The sample consisted of 224 teachers from public and private universities in a virtual pandemic situation, with a quantitative, non-experimental and correlational approach. The applied scales were Colquitt Organizational Justice Scale (2001), adapted in Peru by Ausejo (2017) and the Ryff Psychological Well-being Scale (2012). The most important results show that there is a significant and positive association between organizational justice and psychological well-being, with a small effect size. The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between the quality of working life and the behavior of organizational citizenship. The study applied a quantitative,  escriptive and correlational approach, its design is non-experimental and transversal. For this purpose, two duly reliable and valid instruments were applied to a sample of 435 professionals from different specialties who work in public and private organizations in Lima and the interior of Peru and who were studying postgraduate studies at several universities. The results obtained indicate that there is significant and positive statistical evidence of association between quality of working life and organizational citizenship behavior. El objetivo del presente estudio es determinar la relación entre la calidad de vida laboral y el comportamiento de ciudadanía organizacional. El estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo y correlacional, su diseño es no experimental y transversal. Para el efecto, se aplicaron dos instrumentos debidamente confiables y válidos a una muestra de 435 profesionales de diferentes especialidades que laboran en organizaciones públicas y privadas de Lima y el interior del Perú y que cursaban estudios de postgrado en diversas universidades.Los resultados obtenidos inprivadas; sin embargo, no se encontró diferencias de opinión sobre el comportamiento de ciudadanía organizacional.
