The present investigation tries to know the organizational commitment about the workers not teachers of a public university of Lima and its relation with some demographic variables in a sample of 205 people of a whole of 20 faculties. The results throw a suitable trend of the workers towards the organizational commitment and the analysis of the factors indicates very significant and positive correlation between general satisfaction with the work and work commitment, affective commitment, hierarchy of the position and permanency feeling; whereas, the relation between the first one and the commitment of convenience is very significant but negative. The selfesteem and the organizationals values in university students and not university students of Lima, is a study developed in a sample of 3215 students belonging to four universities of Lima; and not students conformed by egressions, professional and postgraduados, many of which show off directive charges in public or private companies, with the purpose to know the existing relation among the selfesteem and the values organizational of the same, in Lima Metropolitan, and to determine the differences among the autoestima and certain demographics characteristics. Studying leadership styles requires a review of a wide range of literature around the world and for a long time with the intention of understanding the leader's behavior, and there is no doubt that research will continue in the various social, economic and political sectors. The present study aimed to determine the predominant leadership style in a sample of 270 agricultural business man from the province of Chiclayo in Peru, as part of a macro study, promoted by the ONG Association of Farmers La Monteria – ASPAM. The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between the quality of working life and the behavior of organizational citizenship. The study applied a quantitative,  escriptive and correlational approach, its design is non-experimental and transversal. For this purpose, two duly reliable and valid instruments were applied to a sample of 435 professionals from different specialties who work in public and private organizations in Lima and the interior of Peru and who were studying postgraduate studies at several universities. The results obtained indicate that there is significant and positive statistical evidence of association between quality of working life and organizational citizenship behavior. The objective of this research was the relationship between the variables of organizational justice and organizational commitment in a sample of 53 workers from the mining sector of Peru, as well as the administration of the Organizational Justice Scale and the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire. The hypothesis that was raised was the association between organizational justice and organizational commitment; Likewise, some hypotheses related to the dimensions of organizational justice are raised with the dimensions of organizational commitment. This research aims to know the relationship between organizational justice and psychological well-being in higher education teachers. The sample consisted of 224 teachers from public and private universities in a virtual pandemic situation, with a quantitative, non-experimental and correlational approach. The applied scales were Colquitt Organizational Justice Scale (2001), adapted in Peru by Ausejo (2017) and the Ryff Psychological Well-being Scale (2012). The most important results show that there is a significant and positive association between organizational justice and psychological well-being, with a small effect size.
