This study analyzed the impact of the Nutrinfo Digital Library on the level of nutrition education among students in a Faculty of Food Industries at a university in the Peruvian Amazon, located in the city of Iquitos. The research was based on a quasi-experimental design with a control group. The sample consisted of 62 students enrolled in the faculty and was divided into an experimental group (n = 31) that received the intervention and a control group (n = 31) that received no intervention, thus ensuring baseline homogeneity among participants. For data collection, a validated questionnaire was administered as a pretest and posttest to assess nutrition education, along with a survey aimed at examining perceptions and use of the digital library. El estudio tuvo como finalidad poder evaluar el uso de la pizarra virtual Jamboard en las exposiciones virtuales, con estudiantes del nivel secundario, el trabajo se ejecutó mediante un diseño pre-experimental aplicando un pre-test y un post-test, con una muestra de treinta y cinco estudiantes del terceo de secundaria en la Institución Educativa Virgen de Loreto, las técnicas e instrumentos utilizados en la investigación fueron la encuesta con un cuestionario y la observación directa con una hoja de recolección de datos, los resultados más relevantes fueron: en el evaluación de las exposiciones virtuales sin el uso de Jamboard, el 25,1% de estudiantes hicieron un trabajo bueno y pero al aplicar el Jamboard, este porcentaje subió a 69,7%, por lo que se tiene un indicador que efectivamente hubo una mejora en la ejecución de las exposiciones virtuales.

The purpose of the study was to be able to evaluate the use of the Jamboard virtual whiteboard in virtual exhibitions, with secondary school students, the work was carried out through a pre-experimental design applying a pre-test and a post-test, with a sample of thirty-five third-year high school students at the Virgen de Loreto Educational Institution, the techniques and instruments used in the research were the survey with a questionnaire and direct observation with a data collection sheet, the most relevant results were: in the evaluation of virtual exhibitions without the use of Jamboard, 25.1% of students did a good job and but when applying Jamboard, this percentage rose to 69.7%, so there is an indicator that there was indeed an improvement in the execution of virtual exhibitions
