El monitoreo y acompañamiento son acciones claves para el éxito de todo proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, los docentes como actores importantes de ese proceso, necesitan elaborar y aplicar sus sesiones de aprendizaje, teniendo en cuenta los procesos pedagógicos y didácticos; además del uso adecuado de materiales educativos. Sin embargo, a pesar de que en la Institución Educativa existe un plan de acompañamiento y monitoreo este no se viene aplicando de manera adecuada ya que existen muchas actividades que no responden a las necesidades de los docentes. The main objective of the study was to evaluate the effect of an educational program of metacognitive strategies to improve autonomous learning in preprofessional practice students of the FCEH UNAP, Iquitos, 2021. An evaluative type of research was used, with a quasi-experimental design of two groups with pre-test and post-test, univariate and longitudinal. The sample consisted of 60 students, 30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group. A performance test validated by experts was applied as a data collection instrument. The results showed that the educational program of metacognitive strategies was effective to improve autonomous learning, since in the post- test an increase in the percentage of students in the high level and a decrease in the percentage of students in the low level was observed, compared to the pretest. This study analyzed the impact of the Nutrinfo Digital Library on the level of nutrition education among students in a Faculty of Food Industries at a university in the Peruvian Amazon, located in the city of Iquitos. The research was based on a quasi-experimental design with a control group. The sample consisted of 62 students enrolled in the faculty and was divided into an experimental group (n = 31) that received the intervention and a control group (n = 31) that received no intervention, thus ensuring baseline homogeneity among participants. For data collection, a validated questionnaire was administered as a pretest and posttest to assess nutrition education, along with a survey aimed at examining perceptions and use of the digital library.
