El propósito de la investigación fue establecer la relación que existe entre Gestión del Talento Humano y la Satisfacción Laboral en la Gerencia de Recursos Humanos y Bienestar de la Gerencia General del Poder Judicial 2016. El tipo de investigación fue básica de naturaleza descriptiva – correlacional, el diseño fue no experimental de corte transversal-correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 105 trabajadores del poder judicial. Se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta con cuestionario tipo escala de Likert para ambas variables. La presente investigación operativa tuvo como objetivo determinar las variables asociadas a las intervenciones de enfermería NIC en el intraoperatorio, en un hospital de tercer nivel de Loreto. Iquitos. Se utilizó el diseño descriptivo transversal correlacional, la muestra seleccionada por conveniencia estuvo conformada por 50 pacientes adultos quirúrgicos. Objetivo: Evaluar el aprendizaje y satisfacción de los estudiantes en la implementación online de la catedra cuidado de enfermería en salud del adulto y adulto mayor I II en la Facultad de Enfermería de la Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga, 2022. Material y métodos: Estudio de tipo descriptivo, y correlacional, con muestra de 96 alumnos del quinto ciclo de enfermería, empleándose la técnica de encuesta, y como instrumento un cuestionario. The objective of this study is to understand the main representations of women’s collective memory regarding industrial pollution in Puchuncaví, based on their life experiences in rural areas affected by high levels of pollution and drought. To this end, a qualitative methodology was employed through two focus groups with women from rural communities in the Valparaíso Region, Chile, who participated in a university development project. The findings indicate that, in the context of pollution, drought, and during the COVID-19 pandemic, women continued to work actively in response to the environmental crisis. The frequency in which people travel internationally increases the potential for transmission of infectious diseases. The main causes of disease in children and adolescents vary according to the age group. Prevention is the most important action to take in public health, as it cannot be carried out if the diseases are not detected in a timely manner. The purpose of this study was to identify the most frequent pediatric diseases in the Emergency Medical Service of an international airport in Mexico. The study was observational, descriptive, retrospective and cross-sectional. It is concluded that diseases of digestive (presumed infectious gastroenteritis) and respiratory origin (pharyngitis) were the most frequent. The aim of this study was to describe the radiological morphology of common opossum (Didelphis marsupialis), establishing the foundation for a correct manipulation and adequate clinical management. The individuals were captured with baited Tomahawk traps in the village of Santa Elena, municipality of Medellín, Colombia. The sex of the animals was identified and the possible presence of pups in the pouch was verified (animals with pups were released).
