The purpose of this works was to know in Dos de Mayo Hospital some varieties of epidemiological gastric cancer of 100 patients 25 were chosen to cumply endodoscopy and anatopatology descement. The big gest group corresponds between 51 to 80 years with 68% of male, with a 56% of the place of procedence. The time of sickneess correspon ding between 56%. The frequent symthon was abdominal pain, (84%); patiens (68%); loose of weight (68%). Endoscopy was efective with 88%. The localization of the tumours was the cave with a 48%. There was no significant difference to the Bormann class being lightly great Class III with 32%. In this study of 25 patients gastric cancer was more frequent inmale between 1 month 1 year; with characteristies of abdominal pain, paleness and loose of wight.

In the last years is dedicating to a special interaction of the radiation lase in the different human tissues. Valuations or theoretical and experimental communications are reported out on the interaction of the radiation láser CO2 in dental enamel. This study should be carried out firdt in glass, irradiating healthy bicuspides with energy densities from 5 to 145/cm2, with pulses of a duration of 1 ms and with continuous regimen. By means of electronic micrscopy, the changes were determined taken place in the surface of the enamel by means of the technique of Vikeps, the changes taken place in the micro hardness. The range of used energy, a decreased of the porosity of the enamel was obtained caused by the coalition of the tissues, without it increased the temperature considerably in the camera popular. With the continuos laser results of utility were not obtained.

The present investigation incluided: 100 samples, 20 control groups (Universidad Nacional Agraria students), and 80 patients infected with HIVIAIDS; 25 with level If, 35 with level III, and 20patients with level IV. Average proteinic fractions and salivary percentage were taken: Albumin 45.15%, SALIVARY ALBUMIN 15.2%, GAMMAGLOBULIN 75.94% (SIGNIFICANCE LEVEL 1.00%). Problem Sample.- In the problem sample we can see a considerable alteration in the serical electrophorelics proteins. Spit: level II, 22.12% albumin, gammaglobulin 77.64%, level III, albumin 16.35%, gammaglobulin 83.49%. IV 7.71% albumin and 92.37% gammaglobulim. There is a diferrential relationship between normal values of serical gammaglobulim and salivary ones, in HIV/AIDS infected patiens and there is an increase of bucal pathologies.

En los últimos años se esta dedicando a una especial interacción de la radiación láser en los diferentes tejidos humanos. Se reportaran valoraciones o comunicaciones teóricas y experimentales llevadas a cabo sobre la interacción de la radiación láser CO2 en esmalte dental. Este estudio se debe realizar primero en vidrio, irradiando bicúspides sanas con densidades de energía de 5 a 145/cm2, con pulsos de una duración de 1 ms y con régimen continuo. Mediante microscopia electrónica, se determinaron los cambios producidos en la superficie del esmalte mediante la técnica de Vikeps, los cambios producidos en la microdureza. El rango de energía empleada, se obtuvo una disminución de la porosidad del esmalte provocado por la fusión del tejido, sin que aumentara apreciablemente la temperatura en la cámara pulpas. Con el láser continuo no se obtuvieron resultados de utilidad.

This paper searches apidermoid carcinoma in oral cavity with the highest prevalence in oral palate 70% cases with clinical values T4, G2, G3 and clinical stage E4 with bad prognosis. Treatment included oral suegery, radical ganglionar excision and radiotherapy. The next highest prevalence was around the tongue, in its posterolingual side with 20%, irs clinical values were T3, G2 and clinical stage E3 with mild prognosis. Treatment included radiotherapy, oral surgery was highly traumatic. The labial ocurrence reached 10% with clinical values TI, G0 and clinical stages El with good prognosis. Last case was a verrugosa leucoplasia with clinical value TIS, G0, E0 with very good prognosis with complete excision as unique treatment. They were made histopathological analysis in all cases.

The geal of our research is that, Community knows the initial and advanced oral lesions in asymptomatic carriers and patients with HIV positive patient/AIDS, respectively with the purpose of preventing from contangion of Acquired Inmuno Deficiency Syndrome(AIDS). In order to accomplish this work, dependent variable "oral lesions" was contrasted with independent variable "positive HIV patients/AIDS". We studied 147 cases and evaluated 132. Aclinical, mycologic and histopathologic research was carried out in order to get a diagnosis of the positive HIV/AIDS associated oral lesions, we selected 116 positive HIV/AIDS cases and HIV-/normal, control cases (16 cases). This investigation was carried out in Hospital Guillermo Almenara and Department of Pathology of Universidad de San Marcos. We describe its clinical sequence and some clinical considerations of this particular odontogenic cyst.
