The present work corresponds to an evaluation of disaster risks that was carried out in the AH Cesar Vallejo and the AH Hijos de Saldaña, in the district of Comas. To collect the necessary information, the geospatial data available from the competent institutions were used, which were subsequently processed with the support of GIS software: ArcMap; as well as primary sources, which in this case were the surveys carried out on the residents of these human settlements. El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar el efecto del Kit Fitapps del móvil para incrementar el nivel de actividad física en estudiantes de secundaria. La investigación fue aplicada, cuantitativa y cuasi experimental. La muestra incluyó a 50 alumnos de quinto grado, divididos en grupo control y grupo experimental. Se utilizó encuesta como técnica y el cuestionario PAQ-A como instrumento, que fue validado por expertos; fiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach 0,848; validez de constructo prueba KMO y Bartlett de ,001 de significancia. Los resultados revelaron que el grupo experimental tuvo mejores medidas de tendencia central, con una moda de (3,00) y mediana de (2,44), en comparación con el grupo control, moda (1,00) y mediana (1,60).
