The purpose of this research is the design of a green infrastructure that allows a regional conservation area to revalue the Ventanilla wetlands to promote ecotourism through spaces for the conservation of natural resources, turning it into a tourist attraction. The proposal considers design and construction criteria with adequate technology, biodegradable, and sustainable materials where environmental impact is minimized in this context. The collection of information through field visits and the use of different software for the topographic survey. Results show that the infrastructure design proposed was validated by a survey of potential users of the place, with 75% of the interviewees agreeing with the design proposal that allows interaction and harmony with nature, giving it a landscape value, generating local, national, and international visitors. The value is in the ecosystem servi...

This research aims to determine the influence of the method of the formative project in the development of environmental behaviors in undergraduate students of a private university, 2020. This is because in the current educational system, teaching focused on developing competencies was established in the midnineties; despite this, some private academic centers can follow the traditional model for the fulfillment of objectives. The use of the formative project method, which is characterized by its permissibility feature, for which a plan of action is designed, data was collected through a questionnaire based on the Likert scale before and after the application of the project with a sample of 168 students. The results based on the Wilcoxon Ranges statistical analysis showed that there were no students with Low scores in the pre-test, but students with a Medium level of 44.05% (74); and 55....

In a global context, where the construction industry is a major source of CO2 emissions and resource use, is dependent on concrete and its risks, and lags behind in digitalization, a clear need arises to direct architecture towards more practical, efficient, and sustainable practices. This research introduces an alternative technique for building timber space structures, aiming to expand its applications in areas with limited access to advanced technologies such as CNCs with more than five axes and industrial robotic arms. This involves reconfiguring economic and ecological constraints to maximize the structural and architectural advantages of these systems. The method develops a parametric tool that integrates computational design and manufacturing based on two-axis laser cutting for shells with segmented hexagonal plywood plates. It uses a modified ‘half-lap joint’ mechanical joint...

The present investigation is the study of the Peru case on the strategies implemented by the Peruvian government from the detection of patient zero with the objective of containing the spread of the pandemic decreed by the WHO for the coronavirus COVID-19. The behavior of the evolution of the number of infected from March 6 to April 24, 2020 is detailed. The first groups of measures were adopted from the detection of patient zero until the declaration by the WHO (World Health Organization) as a pandemic, accompanied by the implementation of protocols coupled to our health system and measures taken by the Peruvian government through Supreme Decree 008-2020-SA declaring a national health emergency for a period of 90 days. Subsequently, a series of measures evaluated were taken from March 12 to 26 and from March 27 to April 24, 2020, the date this study ends, detailing the strategies consid...
