El presente estudio se enfocó en determinar la relación de la gestión administrativa con el compromiso organizacional en trabajadores del sector educación. Se ha desarrollado según el paradigma positivista de enfoque cuantitativo, investigación básica, diseño no experimental, corte transversal, tipo correlacional, aplicando el método hipotético deductivo. La población estuvo conformada por 88 trabajadores del sector educación tales como docentes, personal administrativo y directivos. Se emplearon dos cuestionarios uno de gestión administrativa y otro de Compromiso organizacional, los que fueron sometidos a criterios de expertos; dichos instrumentos obtuvieron 0.885 y 0.801 de fiabilidad por alfa de Cronbach. Objectivo: O objectivo do estudo era analisar a lacuna legal na criminalização do tráfico de pessoas num distrito de Lima Metropolitana. Método: O paradigma da investigação conduzida foi a abordagem interpretativa e qualitativa orientada para a compreensão do contexto que está orientada para os objectivos do conhecimento para descrever e interpretar a verdade jurídica a partir do interior. A concepção da investigação foi fenomenológica e baseou-se principalmente nas seguintes premissas: tenta dar uma explicação e apreender os fenómenos do ângulo de cada participante e da mentalidade construída colectivamente. This study aimed at finding the correlation between Iranian and Turkish EFL learners’ cognitive styles and their preferences for different WCF types. Sixty out of seventy-five EFL students at the intermediate level in two contexts (Iran and Turkey) were selected through the Oxford Placement Test. There were two instruments in this research: The Learning Styles Questionnaire, and CF questionnaire. The researcher gave detailed instructions on how to complete the surveys. The findings demonstrated that there was a correlation between EFL students’ cognitive styles and their WCF preferences in both Iran and Turkey contexts. The objective of the present study was to determine the incidence of university students’ emotional style on the dimensions of academic goals (academic goals, learning goals, achievement goals and social reinforcement goals). For this study, 780 students of the fifth and sixth cycle of the Health Sciences School at a private university in Lima were chosen. In this quantitative study, of a substantive type, and a causal correlational cross-sectional non-experimental design, The Emotional Style Questionnaire (ESQ) was administered and for academic goals the questionnaire of the same name (CMA). The results evidenced the significant incidence of emotional style in the academic goals of university students with 72.1%; because the reason of plausibility of the logistic model (p<0.05) fits well with the data (Deviation with p<0.05).

The tutoring of university students is very relevant for the achievement of engineering learning and personal factors are associated with satisfaction, establishing that the knowledge of these factors makes it possible to take measures that contribute to improve tutoring actions. The objective of the research was to establish the association of personal factors to satisfaction with tutoring in engineering students. A quantitative approach was chosen, the design was non-experimental and the association of personal factors with satisfaction with university tutoring. The population consisted of 800 engineering students and by means of probabilistic sampling with a 3% margin of error, the sample consisted of 458 students.
