This article explores the design and development of an innovative didactic paradigm for second 12languages at a distance, social and open (with a triple linguistic, methodological and technological 13dimension), whose core is defined by mobile technology and the Learning of Languages Assisted 14by Mobile or MALL, not only as an additional tool that can be used to perform certain tasks (in a 15more or less structured way), but asthe main way in which distance students of second languages 16can interact and carry out their learning in a way effective.

Objective: To verify if cesarean section ¡s the best delivery route in breech presentation. Design: Comparative prospective study done during 1998 at Sergio E Bernales Hospital, in newborns delivered by cesarean section or vaginally. Results: 58 newborns were delivered vaginally and 73 by cesarean section. Apgar at the first minute was significantly better (p<0,01) in those born by cesarean section (80,8%), and the depressed newborns (19,2%) had a quick recovery at 5 minutes (17,8%), different to those born vaginally who presented significantly higher rates of depression at 1 minute (53,4%) and 5 minutes (8,6%). Neonatal complications were significantly higher in the babies born vaginally (36,2% vs 20,5%) (p<0,01), and early neonatal mortality (61,0%) was also significantly higher (p<0,01) mainly due to asphyxia (3,4%). Se sustenta la presencia del zorro gris Lycalopex griseus (Gray, 1837) en la costa sur del Perú en base a información morfológica externa y craneal. Esta especie es de similar tamaño a L. sechurae (Thomas, 1900) pero diferenciable en una mayor longitud del hocico y menor amplitud del cráneo; esta diferencia es respaldada en un Análisis de Componentes Principales. Se sugiere que la población del zorro gris en el Perú podría constituir una subespecie nueva de L. griseus por encontrarse más al norte de su distribución tradicionalmente conocida y separada de otras subespecies por el Desierto de Atacama en el norte de Chile, notable barrera biogeográfica.

This presentation is focused on advances and obstacles in the process of the constitutionalization of the Peruvian legal system, as it pertains to private law, labour law, and consumer protection, issues that have primarily been addressed by the Constitutional Court. The purpose of this exercise is to identify some of the strengths of this process, in broad strokes, mostly with regard to the protection of fundamental rights and their enforcement in relationships between private individuals. It also seeks to identify and reflect on —through two cases, one involving the protection of the right to collective bargaining, and the other involving the right to freedom of thought— the limits of constitutionalization, as a process and a result, in political relationships and decision-making.

The increasing presence of women in the public sphere has provoked cultural changes that affect social cognition. These changes implicate social organizations such as the Military. Focusing the interest in approaching modern forms of prejudice in terms of gender inequalities, we studied ambivalent sexism attitudes, values and social dominance orientation in a sample of 238 males and females from the National Military School training to become officials. Results show the presence of sexist attitudes. In sex roles and gender typing, female participants show an androgynous stereotype probably related to the need to present themselves closer to men in order to assume leadership.

In the framework of social perception and attribution theories, fundamental bias of Just World Beliefs developed by Lerner (1965) states that people need to see world as a just place in order to cope with an ordered and controlled sociophysical environment. By holding this ideas people can involve in long term proposes as in daily life social regulated behavior.
