We report the case of case of a 11 -years old gril with Chronic Mucocutaneous Candidiasis since two months of age, involving skin, sclap, nails and mucous membranes, persistent after several treatments with amphotericin B. The special immunologic studies revealed negative candidine, PPD and 2-4-DNCB skin test reactions, impaired response of lymphocytes to stimulation in vitro witch candida antigen and low number of rosette-forming T lymphocytes in peripheral blood. Titers of antibodies anti-candida were very high in serum and saliva and the phagocytic activity of macrophages was normal. After treatment with Trasnfer Factor derived from nomal lymphocytes, clinical remission and improvement of the immunological reactivity occured.

We studied 51 patient from Lima and other peruvian districts with vitiligo, acquired idiopatic illness, that is due to gradual melanocyte destruction and immunological disturbances. The purposes were the early diagnosis of other associated autoimmune diseases and to do a clinic pathological correlation including family data. We studied circulating autoantibodies and skin biopsis in immunomicroscopy. Generalized vulgaris vitiligo was the most frequent type of vitiligo. The 33.3% of all the cases had other associated autoimmune disease and 37.2% hypersensitivity I disease. The 19.6% has family members with vitiligo and 31.2% with other autoimmune diseases.
