Este estudio exploró la relación entre la felicidad y el compromiso organizacional en los trabajadores del sector pesquero de la Ciudad de Chimbote, utilizando como tipo de investigación básica con un enfoque cuantitativo correlacional y un diseño de investigación no experimental de corte transversal. El objetivo fue determinar la asociación entre estos dos constructos y verificar si existía una relación significativa entre ellos, asimismo se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta a una muestra de 342 trabajadores del sector pesquero, en la cual se utilizaron dos instrumentos para medir la felicidad y compromiso organizacional. To this end, a systematic review was carried out with a bibliometric approach that included analysis of the distribution of scientific production by year, the most relevant sources, Bradford's Law to identify the main sources, the most prominent authors, Lotka's Law to analyze the productivity of authors and the author's "h" index. Through the review of the scientific literature available in the Scopus database, 609 relevant results were identified, of which 414 were articles in Spanish.
