La investigación se planteó explicar la relación entre el acompañamiento pedagógico (AP) y el desempeño directivo (DD), en el marco de la experiencia del contexto remoto. Empleó una metodología cuantitativa, de tipo de diseño descriptivo; en razón que, se basó en indicadores bibliométricos y de revisión bibliográfica, en fuentes de información de Scielo y Eric, entre los años 2017 a 2021, en el que se identificó 33 publicaciones de alto impacto. Se aplicaron tres fases metodológicas: la primera, consistió en la búsqueda eficiente de la literatura científica; la segunda, construcción del material de levantamiento de datos, y, la última fase es la redacción de las conclusiones. In light of this, the current article investigates the impact of Kurdish professors' skills and interest in learning on developingtheir research competencies in Kurdish universities. Artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionized conventional work methods in all areas of knowledge. The aim of this study is to analyze the current state of research in this field. To this end, a systematic review was carried out with a bibliometric approach that included analysis of the distribution of scientific production by year, the most relevant sources, Bradford's Law to identify the main sources, the most prominent authors, Lotka's Law to analyze the productivity of authors and the author's "h" index. Through the review of the scientific literature available in the Scopus database, 609 relevant results were identified, of which 414 were articles in Spanish.
