Este trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general, analizar y entender el uso de las TIC y el desarrollo de las competencias digitales de los docentes y estudiantes de pregrado en tiempos de pandemia de una universidad particular de Cusco, 2023. El enfoque fue cualitativo, de tipo básico, diseño de investigación fue descriptivo de nivel fenomenológico. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la entrevista a profundidad, se trabajó con los participantes 6 docentes y 6 estudiantes. Para obtener los resultados se aplicó el método inductivo para el análisis de la información de las dos categorías de estudio; se realizó la triangulación considerando a los estudiantesdocentes-investigadora. The study begins with a critical analysis of the contents oriented to the functional vision of public spaces, mobility and accessibility through territorial planning in the historic center of Cusco, to then delve into similar experiences in other sites of the same condition. The objective of the research was to determine the incidence of collaborative work in the achievement of communication skills in students of a public educational institution, Puerto Maldonado 2023. The study was carried out using a positivist paradigm, quantitative approach, applied type, quasi-experimental design, the population and school sample were made up of 99. The results Once the program was applied to the GE on communication skills, in the post test it was possible to show that they had a substantial improvement, reaching the high levels 54 %, medium 46 %, compared to the CG that they are still at low 42,9 % and medium 55,1 % levels, this demonstrates the significance of the stimulus. In conclusion, there is an incidence in the collaborative work program in the achievement of communication skills in students of a public educational institution.

The research aimed to determine the influence of the executive leadership workshop on the educational quality of public educational institutions in Tambopata-Madre de Dios, 2023.
