El objetivo general de este trabajo de investigación es determinar el impacto de los talleres de liderazgo directivo en el mejoramiento de la calidad de la educación en las instituciones educativas públicas, Tambopata 2023. La metodología utilizada fue de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño experimental – cuasiexperimental, en una muestra de 30 directivos, divididos en un grupo de control y un grupo experimental, utilizando una rúbrica de evaluación. Los resultados en el pretest no mostraron diferencias significativas, sin embargo, en el postest el grupo experimental mostró resultados adecuados luego de aplicar el Taller de Liderazgo directivo. The research aimed to determine the influence of the executive leadership workshop on the educational quality of public educational institutions in Tambopata-Madre de Dios, 2023. This purpose was achieved, as the general hypothesis was validated, supporting that the executive leadership workshop positively influences the educational quality of public educational institutions in Tambopata-Madre de Dios, 2023. The objective of the research was to determine the incidence of collaborative work in the achievement of communication skills in students of a public educational institution, Puerto Maldonado 2023. The study was carried out using a positivist paradigm, quantitative approach, applied type, quasi-experimental design, the population and school sample were made up of 99. The results Once the program was applied to the GE on communication skills, in the post test it was possible to show that they had a substantial improvement, reaching the high levels 54 %, medium 46 %, compared to the CG that they are still at low 42,9 % and medium 55,1 % levels, this demonstrates the significance of the stimulus. In conclusion, there is an incidence in the collaborative work program in the achievement of communication skills in students of a public educational institution.
