La investigación se orientó a proponer un plan integral de gestión de habilidades blandas para desarrollar las competencias en estudiantes de una institución educativa de Chiclayo. Nace de un problema social relacionado con el limitado desarrollo de competencias que los estudiantes de quinto año de nivel secundario están reflejando.
