La investigación tuvo como objetivo proponer la sistematización de la actividad pedagógica desde la teoría de la dialéctica para el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico en las estudiantes del cuarto año de educación secundaria de una institución educativa Lambayecana. La investigación se orientó a proponer un plan integral de gestión de habilidades blandas para desarrollar las competencias en estudiantes de una institución educativa de Chiclayo. Nace de un problema social relacionado con el limitado desarrollo de competencias que los estudiantes de quinto año de nivel secundario están reflejando. El trabajo se sustentó en el enfoque sistémico complejo o socioformativo. Con una población de 342 y una muestra de 107 estudiantes. Recurriendo a un tipo de investigación básica y diseño descriptivo propositivo. Las técnicas empleadas fueron el análisis documental y la encuesta, junto al instrumento la escala (ECENSE), procesado través del programa SPSS v.27. The research aimed to propose the systematization of pedagogical activity from the theory of the dialectic for the de-velopment of critical thinking in the students of the fourth year of secondary education of an educational institution Lambayecana. The essay aims to analyze the vulnerability of human rights to natural disasters in Peru. By its nature, the techniques of the office were used and the deductive method was used for the analysis. The results reveal the violation and protection of rights, as well as the appropriate actions to prevent certain risks before, during and after emergencies due to the indifference of the authorities and the passivity and irresponsibility of the community. It is concluded that the vulnerability of Human Rights to disasters is the total suppression of economic, social and gender inequalities that already exist in society before the natural event and consequently the mitigation of the deepening of these problems after the event. natural event.

Objective:The objective of this research was to evaluate the effect of biosolids in an area of recent deforestation.Theoretical framework: Biosolids correspond to a type of organic waste resulting from different treatment processes.Method:The evaluation was carried out in 6 plots, in different sites in the same area and evaluated the growth of species height and laboratory analysis of microbiological, physical-chemical and heavy metal parameters for the soil; this to be compared with national and international regulations that regulate the use of biosolids.Results and conclusion:The growth of tree species, nutrient supply and toxicity of some parameters such as heavy metals and pathogens were identified according to treatment; as a result, the best growth in total height was obtained in plot P3, which had application of the biosolid with 26 tree species of the 124 species sampled.
