Introduction: The critical condition of the patient who presents to an emergency department creates a need to provide timely, safe and warm care. Analiza las reclamaciones y la satisfacción del usuario externo en el Servicio de Emergencia de Adultos del Hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins, 2019. Realiza un estudio descriptivo, transversal y prospectivo. Para las reclamaciones, se efectuó un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia, mientras que, en la satisfacción del usuario externo aplicamos el muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple.
